Licensing Parameters

Data Ownership

We grant your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our cloud software. Service terms outline clear licensing parameters with no hidden API usage penalties or unexpected volume-based surcharges.

Account management and data ownership remain strictly with the client organization. MS Nexora acts solely as a secure processor for your real-time synchronization pipelines and automated ledger records.

Service Level Agreement

Infrastructure Reliability

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our cloud ERP and real-time synchronization pipelines. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least seventy-two hours in advance and executed during low-traffic windows.

Liability & Support
