Terms of Service

Effective as of July 2, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MS Nexora cloud ERP, point of sale, and business automation platform.

This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between MS Nexora LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA, and the client organization accessing our services. By deploying our automated ledger pipelines, unified dashboards, or inventory synchronization tools, you agree to these structured terms.

Licensing Parameters

Data Ownership

We grant your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our cloud software. Service terms outline clear licensing parameters with no hidden API usage penalties or unexpected volume-based surcharges.

Account management and data ownership remain strictly with the client organization. MS Nexora acts solely as a secure processor for your real-time synchronization pipelines and automated ledger records.

Service Level Agreement

Infrastructure Reliability

MS Nexora is designed with reliability, redundancy, and security in mind. Our cloud infrastructure is continuously monitored to deliver stable performance, automated backups, and high availability for business-critical operations. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance whenever possible to minimize operational impact.

High Availability Infrastructure

Liability & Support

MS Nexora provides technical support through email and scheduled remote sessions during standard business hours. Priority support and dedicated account management are available for eligible enterprise customers. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, MS Nexora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or temporary unavailability of the platform, except where required by applicable law.
